I'm picturing it like the wyrm scene in ACOTAR, except it's not a sand maze but a water maze and it's more like a giant serpent (close to the basilisk but a look from the creature won't kill you). And the maze is like the below, but no roof, open air to the arena with wider passageways. Small ledges on either side and deeper water in the middle.
Also for some ideas: you could be another 'champion/prisoner' like Fraeya who was dropped into the maze to try to survive, could be part of the crowd and some baddy-fae, could be other fae who have infiltrated the crime ring/ audience.
Anyway, just wanted to get some of my OOC thoughts for this out here vs what I conveyed in the intro post. Main goal is just for us to have fun.
