So, are both families still open? I didn't even realise a thread had started for the Mendrev family until today! Either way I'm a bit torn... which one should I write a character for, do you think?

I'd say you're better off being an exotic pet for the crime Syndicate, Uschi .
Mendrev are wealthy but they are also elves and half elves, keeping wild animals wild seems like a plausible racial sensibility.

Lol Desi needs gran gran. They also have a pet skull crawler tarantula living in their hair while they soul bond with it. They are at the phase where if they break close contact it will either eat their brain or eat their soul...They arent sure which. The creature is also quite illegal thus why they must avoid Noah. UwU
