Ermengarde has mousy hair and mundane brown eyes.
Ermengarde's face has a nasty scar across her left cheek, which she got during her early academic years. Intentionally worsend for brag rights, until she realized scars aren't all that attractive on women...Oh.
Ermengard lost 2/3 if her left arm to gangrene after loosing a duel and her honour.

Ermengarde has 8 brothers, all older from Ermengarde. They follow as such: The firstborn Berengar von Monterossa, the accomplished Siegfried von Gildavon and Carloman von Hilstaff. the twins Bruno and Heinrich, Lothar, Ludolf and Dante.
Ermengarde has the closest relationship with Ludolf and Heinrich but has a somewhat lower opinion of Berengar and Carloman while Ermengarde considers Dante to be the spawn of the devil.

Ermengarde also has a tight relationship with her uncle Bonacorso. Bonacorso was a casanova. Ermengarde travelled with him and Adelina (his sister) to Sheketh, and some other places a few times.
