The Avariel General simply watched her as she tucked into her own meal. He supposed her consideration was as much as he could hope to have but there was a part of him that had the overwhelming urge to shake her until she outright agreed to come with him. It was because he felt responsible for her, he justified to himself. He had been the one who had whisked her out of the only home she knew even if it was a hellhole. It was therefore only right that he stayed with her until she was settled some place new. Aodhin would understand. He would also agree it had nothing to do with the fact she reminded him of a friend long gone and a debt that had gone unsettled because of it.
