She was being very sarcastic. Charity doesn't take very well to charity or people going easy on her.

Haven't decided whether Charity's going to rip into him for daring to make an offer like that. Or if she's going to actually take him up on his offer and force him to defend himself in the ring to prove that she can hold her own.

Charity is a strong independent woman who don't need no man! XD

I wouldn't think so. Unless she wanted to. The only reason why I gave one to Charity was basically because Gwen has a similar one (but a different design I think, although Charity doesn't know about Gwen's tattoo) that marks them both as "belonging" to Gilgamesh/Amadeus.
