- Telenar is appointed vizier and will represent the interests of learning and academia within the Empire.
- Jerik is appointed vizier and will represent the interests of the Imperial Navy.
- Ava Gilleth is appointed vizier and will represent the interests of Imperial intelligence and espionage.
- Ashuanar is appointed vizier and will represent the interests of the Imperial Army.
- Uvogin is appointed to Captain of the Immortals and will represent the interests of the Madrasa of War and protection of the Imperial Palaces.
- Achates is appointed vizier and will oversee the Imperial Treasury.
- Queen Xaviera is appointed to a seat on the Imperial Divan and represents the interests of Tyria.
- The dragon Aivrid is appointed to a seat on the Imperial Divan and represents the interests of the Mountain Kingdoms.
- Prince Mago of Annuakat is appointed to a seat on the Imperial Divan and represents the interests of Annuakat.
- Emir Ardashir is appointed to a seat on the Imperial Divan and represents the interests of Ragash.
- Archlector Snaaib is appointed to a seat on the Imperial Divan and represents the Lector-Priests of the Annunaki.
