Appearance
Archlector Beltessar Snaaib is a lector-priest and lector-priests wear white robes, the garments of their station. He typically shaves his head, but keeps his beard intricately braided, unlike most other lector-priests, who prefer to go completely clean shaven
Skills and Abilities
The powers of an Archlector are mysterious and manifold, but Snaaib has been seen to invoke the will of the Annunaki gods to summon a swarm of devouring locusts, as well as to raise the temperature of a room to the level of a sauna.
Personality
Snaaib is unfailing polite and a man of few words. He is well-educated. One almost always feels that he goes about any task given to him with an ulterior motive.
Biography & Lore
As Archlector of Annuakat, Snaaib is the high priest of the city and is in effect the voice of the gods to those who dwell in Annuakat. He never seems to use the full extent of his power and often appears to be more of a bystander than true ally to the city's ruler. When he speaks of himself, it is only as a humble servant of the gods.
