Whilst the threads remain open, the main storylines are wrapping up now. The demons have returned to Pandemonium and the doors have closed. For now.
I'd like to take this opportunity to thank everyone for making this such a fun event. The way participants threw their characters into it and started story-lines with writers they might not have worked with before was great to see.
I'd love to thank the whole team who had input into the event, but particularly all the work Kara Orin , Kasim Areth and Scarlet put into DM'ing threads and keeping it moving along. Please do take time to give thanks to those who made this such a great event on here or discord.
Staff will have their own retrospective on what worked and what didn't work, but I'd like to give you all the opportunity to discuss your thoughts on the event here. What would you like to see in the future?
Speaking of the future...
In the next month or two the site will be getting some upgrades. We might be down for a few hours to get this done, but you'll be given plenty of notice. I'd like to tell you a little bit about some of the cool new features coming. You'll get new, more responsive themes, a better rich text editor, better "edit in place" of messages, and push notifications. As well as that:
You will be able to rename your subaccounts
You'll get a history of subaccount names
You'll be able to delete your own subaccounts
Most popular Areas will now be in the Folklore drop down menu allowing you to go straight to the Locations list (for example)
New post Reactions are coming (there will be lots more!)
Subaccounts now separately show Alerts and Messages under one drop down
New "Threads with your posts" under forum drop down take you straight to the threads your character is in!
