This is the location where the Ascendent s reside. When the Ascendent s made an incursion into the known lands of Arethil, many were pulled into an event referred to as Pandemonium. It is not know whether this location is an unexplored area of the Arethil, or another world entirely.[1]

The adventurers briefly trapped here found themselves in a grim landscape. The mists and a thin layer of clouds obscured the sun, painting the landscape in shades of ruddy brown. No green could be seen anywhere. The terrain was made up of a sticky bog with skeletal branches jutting up from the earth. A pale mossy growth covered these branches.

It isn't known if all this location is made up of this grim landscape.

There are at least three portal stones that bring you here. They have been corrupted by the magic used by the Ascendent. To what end they are corrupt, it is not known.

These three portal stones do not currently work.
