Acting as a leader to those of Ancient blood, Solomon has been serving the city of Valenntenia since the age of only fourteen years old, first as the youngest ever to enlist in the Vanguard, before being chosen as a Guardian of The Rune at twenty. Originally the Guardian of the Passion Stone, he furthered his reputation by spearheading the successful effort to locate the Stone of Dreams, long thought lost after the demise of it's protector on the distant island of Malakath.

It was during this time in Malakath that he met his eventual wife, Aurabella. Attracted to the infectiously passionate warrior from a mysterious land abroad, They wed in a great city of Dragons, before making the long journey back to the mainland together. Unfortunately, Aurabella found herself vulnerable to the maladies and diseases of her new foreign home and was ill and bedridden for most of the marriage. She blessed Solomon with one son, Villam, before passing from complications surrounding the birth.

It was the only defeat that Regis could not escape. It wounded him, but he did not allow it to break his spirit.

Eventually Solomon's incomparable force of will and decades of service eventually made him an obvious choice for Absalon, once the previous passed of natural causes. Now sixty-two and showing no signs of slowing down, Solomon has since passed the Passion Stone down to his only son Villam, who also has made a name for himself as an exceptional Guardian. Solomon now defends the Rune of Life and Death, leading the city of Valenntenia from its Tower.
