In the Inn of Leaky Tears, said to be in the city of Elbion, there were rumors of a skeleton wearing a black shroud walking around the city with a long scythe in his hands. Multiple travelers and residents have reported his appearance being in Residential District. Officials have not stated on whether or not the being even exists, yet rumors and murmurs are thrown about like arrows in a battlefield. We come here to find out if this person even exists, and if he does, what should be done about him.
