Arethil celebrates Heart & Hearth Day (Valentine's Day) all across the globe!
All peoples from every culture and background express their feelings for loved ones in many different ways.
Be it a letter of heartfelt confessions or a gift to a lover, a family member or dear friend who is far away,
or perhaps someone they admire, respect, or have harbored unspoken feelings for.
On the eve of Heart & Hearth, standing before a fire
each person need only recite the Heart & Hearth poem (see top of post)
before offering their letter or gift to the flames.
On Heart & Heart day the recipient will awakento find any letters or gifts meant for them
awaiting them in the radiating warmth of the evening's coals.
How does this work?
In a similar vein of Giftmas Day, members submit their letters or gifts to Velaeri by PRIVATE MESSAGE using the templates below.
On Heart & Hearth Day (February 14th) these gifts and letters will be posted in an Open Chronicles RP thread where your character may read/open and react!
When do submissions need to be sent in by?
All letter/gift template submissions should be made to Velaeri by PRIVATE MESSAGE by February 13th, 11:59PM EST.
Is this open to all characters?
Yes. Any character may submit their letters or gifts to me by PRIVATE MESSAGE using the templates below.
Can I submit more than one?
Absolutely. The more, the merrier!
Won't the letters/gifts burn on the coals?

Can my letters/gifts be anonymously given?
Of course! Are you someone's secret admirer? Got a crush but don't want to reveal yourself just yet? Your secret is safe with Velaeri.
Can I send both a gift and a letter to the same person?
