Hey, I made an NPC that I’m trying to turn into a sub account and it’s not letting me delete the post. How can I handle this?

Because I’m going to copy paste it into a full fledged character for a sub account, mostly to post it with that sub account.

It doesn't matter who posted the page first. It's a wiki article so you can easily continue to edit it from your new subaccount.

Can I move it from NPC subsection to just character’s?

You can go to Options > Move to move to different areas
