Suggestion Avatar Gifs

Not sure what everyone's opinion is on the subject, but how hard would it be to add in gif support for profile pictures? I think the simple aesthetic turn would be an interesting addition to personalizing our characters; though I don't know how difficult the act of allowing such is.

I believe I had to make it 190x190 and under 2mb to make it work.

I'll look into tweaking some settings later and provide an update. I'm very careful with avatar settings and the libraries behind the scenes for site security reasons. A gif smaller than 512kb should work when displayed in its native size for now.
