The Swarm of Harvest

Overview

Purpose

An offshoot swarm led by a mighty Warlord. This swarm is evolved to harvest raw resources and supplies by raiding villages or gathering from the earth. The creatures in this swarm are specifically mutated to collect raw minerals, metals, plants, animals, test subjects, and other things that the sovereign swarm requires.

Structure

This swarm is ultimately answerable to the queen of the Sovereign Swarm, as with all the offshoot swarms of the Sovereign Swarm.

A Warlord leads this swarm on the behalf of the queen to further her goals. He is the foreman and organizer of the Swarm of Harvest.
Ka'Gi - The Harvester

150 Worker drones make up the bulk of the swarm. They are evolved especially for gathering and processing the raw resources they are tasked with collecting.
Swarm Burrower; mutated to harvest large quantities of ore, stone and other materials, while keeping it's abilities to transport the Swarm underground.
Swarm Flyer; used mostly as scouts and spotters. Some are mutated to deliver the Cast virus to living creatures to assimilate them to the swarm.
Swarm Larva; the essential building block of any Swarm. They are kept back and used to form hive structures or to restore lost numbers.
Swarm Builder; the backbone of the Swarm, grunt workers mutated specifically for manual labor.

50 Warrior drones form the brunt of the raiding party, evolved for killing and tearing down everything in sight to prepare it for the harvesters to gather.
Swarm Runner; a lightly armored shock trooper, mutated for high speed movement across difficult terrain. Specializing in hit-and-run tactics.
Swarm Devourer; a heavily armored siege unit, mutated into the protective Shield variant with a symbiotic relationship with the Lancer worker drones.
