Until recently, Settra was Medja's top Imperial Hand. Settra is a secretive individual and a well trained assassin. He specializes in using tri-bladed throwing knives and a tail-like whip blade that sprouts from his back. In terms of magic, he primarily uses metal manipulation to better control his own weapons.

Settra has never been seen in public without his mask on under any circumstances. To most, it's uncertain if he's human, Abtati, or something else entirely. He is a softspoken individual, well known for his loyalty to Medja and his fierce determination to complete his assigned tasks, no matter how difficult.
