Nino Celeste
Nino Celeste is a shy, compassionate, and gullible apothecary traveling the land to help those in need while practicing the medical craft. With a rugged history book by his side along with his medical supplies, he wanders aimlessly. Heavily impacted by other's emotions, Nino also has slowly gotten in touch with using Empathy, yet he's usually unaware of it whenever anything happens.
Appearance
Nino is a short, white-furred Harengon with long, floppy round ears and a small pink nose. He can always be seen wearing his larger than usual flatcap, and usually can be seen tugging around a large bag filled with many traveling supplies. The flatcap is made out of a hardened cotton, while his vest is made with smooth leather.
Skills and Abilities
Nino skills varies in many aspects, but one thing remains a constant within it all. He despises harming others. Therefor, he ends up becoming skewed towards the supportive side rather than the offensive.
Survival
Nino's survival skills is paramount. Being a nomad and constantly traveling around, he naturally learned the skills and knowledge needed to survive out within the wild wilderness. Most of these skills usually revolve around foraging and stealth, along with pristine hearing capabilities that comes with his leporine-like senses. Nino will usually complain and whine about how dangerous it can be traveling at times, but it'll be hard to convince him to stay put in one town for a long time.
Combat
Due to Nino's dislike in harming others, his combat is rather lackluster. Whenever a battle threatens to begin, he usually turns tail and runs off to hide in the corner, or to just flee completely. But if forced to stay in a fight with no way of running away, the most you will see him doing is pointlessly flailing his bag or book around to keep whatever is attacking him at bay. Along with lots of desperate whining.
Healing
Medical practices and Apothecary crafting are the one thing Nino actively trains upon and researches. Although still mostly a beginner, he's still better than most, and will always step front in line whenever someone needs a decent patch up! The history book he contain also goes into great detail about past medical practices and medicines, making the Harengon rather knowledgeable about the progression of the healing arts.
Empathy and Magic
Nino believes himself to be inept in magic, to the point where he believes he can't even utilize it. However, there has been times where his strong connection with others' emotions caused him to indirectly use Empathy. Usually when this happens, Nino is completely unaware, and is even unaware of the effects he caused at the current moment. This is mostly due to the fact that the results are rather too small to notice anyways, but the signs are still there!
Personality
Nino Celeste is the quiet, emotional type. Many can say he simply has too big of a heart for his own good. Many of times, he keeps to himself and doesn't speak much, often distracting himself by burying his nose into his book or playing around with the tools he carries. But once he's called into action, especially when treating a wounded patient, his true personality shines. His worries, passion, and selflessness beam out of him as he tries to do everything in his power to help someone. And without asking for any reward or prize for it all, he slinks away into the wilderness to follow the wind once again, quiet as a mouse.
