Background

Brendalynn Night was the mother of Lorraina "Rainie" Night and Aydrian Night. She married Meinhard Night and together they raised their two children. When her children were teens, they managed to move out of the Areck Slums and open a clothing shop in the Outer City. She and her husband lived in the apartment above the shop until her death.

Brendalynn was afflicted, and dying, of a lingering sickness. Her illness caused her family great grief. Their shop had closed down and her husband does odd jobs to continue to care for his ailing wife.

Appearance

Brendalynn was once just as beautiful as her daughter. Her hair, though dry and brittle in the years before her death, remained nearly as red as ever. Rainie clearly inherited her mother's looks, including her hair and peculiar eye color.

Personality

Brendalynn was once an active member of Allirian merchant society. She had a bright and warm personality, and had a great number of good friends. Once she became sick, she could no longer leave her sickbed. She suffered without frequent connection, and was prone to fits of depression.
