Private Tales Problems to Solve

A private roleplay only for those invited by the first writer
Ana... didn't really know what to say to that, shame and frustration nipping at her chest. She dipped her chin in acknowledgement and looked away from them all, feeling incredibly at a loss with the moment. She wanted to fix this, but there was nothing she could do right now. She had to play the part of poisoned. She also wanted space. Or a drink. Somehow when she pictured what it would be like to get back out on a mission, she didn't factor in making mistakes like this.

It didn't feel well and added to the frustration of the moment.

"I will make this work," she vowed quietly. Though how was still a bit of a mystery. There was a piece of this puzzle they still needed find.

Djana lingered until the doctor returned with a cup of water. She nodded her head at him and then shared a quick word, a few moments latter a servant appeared within the doorway.

He remained quiet, not wanting to move out of his own place until finally Owin acknowledged him. The two spoke for just a short few words and then the Templar broke off and wandered back towards the three Ladies. He bowed, and then spoke in a rather dejected tone. "My ladies, your rooms are ready."

Djana cocked an eyebrow, though said nothing.

She knew that there would be no room for her, mostly because the Count did not yet know she was here, but that was more than fine.

"Excellent." She said softly, glancing at the two women.

They just had to move there and then wait until night fell. Then they could act.

And still, they all ended up meeting in the same room. Ana was grateful to find a fresh set of clothing waiting for her, the borrowed dress soiled from ... events. It was still ridiculously cumbersome in her opinion, but she was grateful that it was not as complex as the evening wear Leane was stuck in.

She sat propped up on the edge of the bed, tense. "How long do you think he will keep his guest locked up here?"

"Not long." Djana said with a frown.

"I suspect they will find a guilty servant." Something she would have to engineer, not that the Templar needed to know that. "Which of course he will use as an excuse to make a move on one of his rivals."

She frowned, as if she was considering something. "Or to take a more...direct hand in the events of the surrounding villages."

Which was more likely in truth.

If Niall had 'reason' he could very easily use his soldiers to start forcibly taking villages rather than just making serving girls disappear every now and again.
