Rule Update Portal Stones

We have updated the guidelines regarding Portal Stones. The information has been updated in the "About Our Setting" that details the World of Arethil, under portal stones. A summary of the changes are below:

No one knows who built the portal stones found around Arethil. With a touch of magic, or with a key available from a magician in most cities one can travel great distances almost instantly.

A few notes regarding portal stones:

• The portal stones listed in the portal stone wiki are active. Any others are undiscovered and inactive.
• Please inform the staff of any user-made portal stone before its creation.
• Any portal stone to be added must have an open thread discovering the portal stone.

As a reminder, active portal stones are intended to be utilized by anyone. Travel to any listed portal stones on the map means at any given time, anyone may travel to that active travel stone. They may also potentially be utilized for staff or member-run events.
