Which way would you like these to work?

Currently the first option is how it works. You get a notification on the first reply and you wont get any more until you have read the thread.

Alternatively I could change this so for a watched thread you get a notification on every single reply.

Alerts now come for every reply. I'll look into an opt-out mechanism.

Note it will still only email on the first.
