I can’t find it in Vel Anir’s bio, but how much magic is “in” Vel Anir exactly? Ik the dreadlords are based here and there in their city and their school elsewhere maybe. So there is probably a substantial amount of magical energy. Is there a good bit of energy like in the Falwood?

Vel Anir is not naturally magic like the Falwood.

Unlike in the Falwood Magic is more concentrated in the people than it is in the environment. Dreadlords are the majority, but a few Noble Houses have hidden magic in their bloodlines as well. There isn't really magic fonts or the like in Vel Anir.
