LFG just looking for plots!

alright, so! im not sure if im actually doing this right, but i'd like to find a group and some plots for my character Jregh-Reg! im not completely sure if groups are just the same as like.. open threads or not, or if its just plots that involve multiple people? but i do have a few plots in mind, if im allowed to put multiple in one thread?

- someone more proficient in magic thinking he must be good at it if he knows so much- they learn the hard way that that isn't true when he ends up burning a book.
- some sort of romance. could be short term, could be long term, male or female for the short term, still debating on longterm. if its short term i want it to really hurt him, either physically or emotionally, which then turns him to (surprise!) alcohol
- people recommending him books! he loves books, he'll read just about anything!
- someone hiring him to do some task- he is a sell sword, so what else would he do in his free time?
