Bug Issue sending PM on board

it has come to my attention that a good friend of mine isn't getting my messages im posting to them...not really sure why this is.

i dont know if it's their internet or mine. let me know if theres a way i can fix the messages im trying to send my friend.

help is appreciated here.

interesting so I Just tried to PM you and my browser wouldnt let me.

I'm using Google Chrome most recent version as my main browser I am not really sure what is going on here.

the weird errors started yesterday though and i can tell you that the set of private messages is with my buddy softxbunni. any help trouble shooting this situation would be very good.

So as a follow up I can confirm something very interesting:

I just tried to PM you and the site kept saying: "Oops we ran into a problem" and not sending the message.

Im not sure if thats a server side error or something else is going on but its driving me nuts.

I can also confirm the error started happening yesterday.

Im on an i5 laptop with 16gb's of ram. I'm a gamer and I pay for good quality stuff.

My internet package here at home in NY is a spectrum package with one of those 200+mbs's per second download speeds.

I'm trying to think of what else can be relevant.

I am going to try to reset my modem later today to see if that helps too.
