She shrugged, clearly not all that concerned about it. She could handle herself, and she couldn't...the Reckoners would take care of it. Killing her meant vengeance, and that vengeance would last until it was truly exacted.

Vel Anir wasn't the only place where such a thing existed.

With a smile Kala put a finger over Kasimir's lips, silencing him for a moment as her ears twitched. The two Guardsmen walked by on the street, carrying on a conversation about something or other.

"I know what I'm doing." She pulled out a card from her satchel, tossing it into the air behind her and onto the wall. There it hung for a second, and then seemed to slowly peel away the wall. Bricks fell in on themselves, and a doorway into something was opened, though looking inside it was almost painful. "See you soon."

Kala said as she kissed his cheek and stepped into the doorway.

As soon as she moved beyond it's haze the bricks slammed back into place, a blank card sitting idly in their middle.
