Syvis
Syvis could feel the weight of things upon her already. It was the ward and the shield that dragged her down, not the attacks she had thrown out to the gnomes.
The weight of a constant spell pushed heavily on her, but the Mage continued no matter what the conditions. They walked carefully, slowly, but the progress they made was likely more than they had any right to actually ask for.
Hours later they found themselves moving through a tight corridor, sweat slowly beading on her brow. "Are we nearly there?"
Syvis asked softly.
The magic was beginning to wear on her now. They must have already covered miles.
