Rule Update Advertising rule change

Please see the update to our rules below.

Justification: we have long banned any form of advertising, with an unspoken rule that we support artists. This is now written clearly. We've added the clarification to ensure people understand this does not include AI generated art.

Please do not advertise another roleplay forum, discord chat, or any similar mediums other service and websites on Chronicles RP or in our discord chat without asking and receiving permission from the administrative staff. If you are interested in affiliating, please see our FAQ on affiliations. The only exception to this rule is that artists are free to advertise their commission work on Chronicles (The sale of AI-generated art is not permitted)
