When she so chooses she can appear as a beautiful woman, if a woman with horns and is seven feet tall could be called pretty, with black hair that can't seem to settle on a specific hairdo, her hands ending in needle sharp claws, and two huge raven black wings sprouting from her back.
Other than her otherworldly features and her height she would be supermodel quality beautiful.

Dark Magic: She has a considerable skill and ability with magic, being a creature of magic she has an immense reserve of magical power, but once it is drained she must rest or restore it before she can use magic again.
Fighter: She is a crazy fighter, using her claws to great effect, but she also possesses amazing skill in hand to hand combat with or without weapons.

Sacrifice: As a spiritual being she can absorb souls dedicated to her to increase her power and standing within the nine hells.
Worshipped: As a spiritual being with worshipers/cultists she can grant her followers certain limited abilities.
Astral Step: She can pass between the ethereal and physical planes, but in order to interact with the physical world she would have to use a physical body.
Demon Physiology: She is highly resistant to magical attacks though not immune to them like she is to fire damage. She doesn't require sleep and cannot be charmed and her demonic sight reveals all hidden things to her. All mundane weapons (Not including silver, holy, or cold iron) have no effect on her.

Demon Physiology: She is highly susceptible to holy magic and radiant attacks. She cannot enter a holy or sanctified place if the magic is stronger than her.
Imperfect: She is not omniscient, she doesn't know everything even if she likes to thinks so. She is not Omnipotent, she can't do everything even if she would like to.

She is cheerfully sadistic, or sadistically cheerful, either way seeing people suffer always makes her smile. She sees herself as a superior being to mortals and loves to lord over them whenever possible, but the form she chooses hypocritically shows her obvious admiration of humanity.

She has a superiority complex, She hates how limited she is even with all her power.
Even so she likes to fancy herself a goddess, a goal that she sees as attainable.

She started off at the bottom of the food chain, just a little female expendable devil putting temptations in the way of humans and performing small services for more powerful devil lords or people willing to sell their souls for what she could do.

But just as with all devils she aspired for greater, and after a few centuries of hard work and skimping souls she became a succubus, but being a succubus was still hard and she still could not get out from underneath her superiors (Literally and figuratively).
But one day while collecting an especially tasty soul she had in idea, instead of taking his soul she wanted something else, she wanted him to do what she wanted so she "persuaded" him, earning his undying loyalties and gaining her first worshipper.
Then she manipulated him, used him, twisted him, and soon he was bringing more followers and starting his own cult of demon worshippers, and they would sacrifice souls to her.

After that her power grew quickly in the underworld and she increased in station, becoming a full devil with all the perks that go with it, answering only to the devil kings and their commanders.
But she planned to become even more powerful than them someday.
