Telouan
The youngest sibling of the Summer Court royal family.
Appearance
Handsome and regal, and very similar to his sister, Amarantha.
Duanann Affinity
Telouan has command over the mind, which manifests in several ways. These abilities are differently affected by the proximity, familiarity, and willingness of the target.
Telepathy
Telouan has limited telepathic abilities. Either he must see his target or be well acquainted with the individual to reach them mentally. Familiarity has more impact on this ability than distance, which does not hinder his telepathy. This ability is minimally affected by the target's willingness, and cannot be used to read minds.
Telekinesis
Moving things with his magick is second nature.
Mental Fortification
This ability extends to others, offering protection against mental attacks or invasions of privacy. Proximity is key, but familiarity with the target is not.
Possession/Puppetry
By taking hijacking a target's mind, Telouan can turn off or engage some bodily functions. Telouan must focus on his target, and breaking that concentration ends his hold over them. Typically, he uses this ability to hold a target still, disabling their ability to move
Mind Palace/Prison
Telouan can create a metaphysical space into which one can traverse -- or be trapped. These spaces require a great deal of magick to create and maintain, and Telouan can typically only manage three at most, only one of which being a prison. Mind Prisons essentially capture a targets psyche within the space, limiting their brain function and transfixing them in a state similar to a coma. The target's willpower can wear on the prison's integrity, draining his power like a steady leak. Maintaining a Mind Prison specifically causes mental drain on Telouan.
