Shakarri is rough, but elegant as well. She dresses in a light padded armor for quick movement and agility, wielding a spear that is her one and only prized possession, a mastercrafted weapon forged from the highest quality steel. It is as tough as she is; one would have to be, born in the wilds of Malakath in a village of hunters and gatherers. One day, in the dead of winter, a pack of werewolves and other monstrous ilk rampaged through the village, destroying and devouring anything and anyone they came across. Shakarri's mother placed her in a crib, beneath the floorboards of a dank cabin, and fled, never to be seen again. Shakarri was found and then raised by a group of slavers, who abused and used her before she escaped at the age of 15. She has never looked back.

In the streets she thieved and stole, one of her stolen things being the tiny body of a black kitten, a dire panther that would grow to tremendous size. Loyal as any hound and clever as a raven, the panther followed Shakarri to a cave that would serve as her dwelling for years to come, hunting and killing for food and safety, knowing no one, trusting nothing.

A weaponsmaster passed by her cave, wounded and dying. She found him, and despite many misgivings, drew him back to health. In grateful return, he gave to her his best spear, and bade her leave this empty existence and seek better in the lands of Epsressa and Liadain. Lands of wild fortune and chance opportunity. Lands of unknown fate.

Shakarri learned well and fast how to use her slight build and spear to the very best of their capability. She puts to use a wild and savage array of styles to bring targets down, whether they be human or beast, animal or monster. At her side, her dire panther companion, Azura, idles by, ready to help when needed, coming when called, killing when threatened.

Shakarri was raised by slavers, who saw as nothing more than a drink to slake their evil lusts. She raised herself at the age of 15, always with a deep distrust of humans and a deeper hatred of werewolves and monsters, seeking and killing when the opportunity presets itself. More, however, she wishes to escape the past and forge her own road to a fate better than the one that has found her already.
