"You would know of me? I fear you would find I have ought to say of myself, rather, I would speak of my brother Cassian. He is the one who keeps me sane, who shoulders the true burden of my gifts, and yet also provides me the strength to continue every day. My powers are a boon 'tis true and yet despite my ability to scry the tides of fate I am guided not by a strand of fate, but by the love my brother and I share. He hath always been there for me, and I him, and while some would call him cold, callous or more aptly I suppose, a killer. But hark when I tell you he is something much more important, it shines there, at the limits of my vision of prophecy. There, deep within the roiling mass of the uncertain future my brother shines to me like a dark star. For what purpose, however, I cannot dare say just yet....."

Trapped in human form Callim Avandor is a small, frail figure. With a slight, lithe frame that some would call unhealthily small Callim is the exact opposite of intimidating. Strands of almost luminously bright white hair jut out from under the thin Seer's hood clothing his head. Intricate, ritualistic adornments dance from Callim's fingertips in a seemingly random assortment of gold chains, piercings and finger caps. But perhaps most starkly of all is a single, solid gold mask that sits proudly upon Callim's face. A single large, iridescent blue gem proudly socketed in it's center. Altogether, Callim presents a very pretty, even beautiful, countenance despite the obvious fragility of his human form.

Quiet, contemplative and soft-spoken even when interacting with others besides his brother Cassian, Callim could graciously be called 'shy' though it might be better to call him reclusive and perpetually distracted by the series of visions and insights that dance behind his mask. When not overwhelmed by his visions and able to focus more appropriately on the present Callim is cordial, polite even, despite their line of work as hired killers. One could even get the impression Callim does not particularly care for the wealth or murder of their profession, in fact, he seems to treat it as an "unfortunate necessity" as he would call it.

Prophecy

The most oft-used of Callim's abilities is his instinctual and, truthfully, unwilling ability to peer into the depths of fate itself. Sorely tempting the Laws of Magic as, while not breaking or traveling through time, he does peer past it's veil into glimpses of the future. This ability is most potent when used in relation to someone or something Callim knows well, has a physical piece of, or can at least visualize. Working with only a description at a distance is as likely to retrieve nothing at all as it is for Callim to scry a completely false Prophecy concerning the desired subject.


Telepathy

While not as actively used as his ability of Prophecy, or arguably MORE depending on one's definition, Callim is able to peer into the minds of others nearby and communicate with them at-will, alter their memories, their perceptions and even flood unprepared enemies' minds with false visions of their demise. Primarily, however, this ability is used as a means of delivering the results of his Prophecies to Cassian in a manner that does not involve him shouting it out for their enemies to hear.


Telekinesis

The absolutely least developed of Callim's abilities is the ability to manipulate objects with his mind. Currently Callim would be hard-pressed to restrain a grown man for a significant length of time and the rarity with which he uses this ability is so great that even Cassian oft forgets he even possesses it. In truth the only real situations in which Callim uses this ability is when it is to directly protect Cassian or in the incredibly rare circumstance in which he is forced to try and fight on his own.


Blindsight

Though Callim is naturally blind due to the manner in which his Prophecy works, and that he is the being he is most familiar with, he is capable of 'seeing' in his own manner. Viewing localized strands of future events revolving himself Callim can, at least, avoid walking into people and things. Though his actual reaction speed is a good bit slower than your average person.


Ease of Movement

Though not at all skilled in hand to hand combat Callim at the very least has seen and practiced the motions of aerobic movement his brother practices to have a very skilled, almost unnatural, motion to his steps and movements of his arms and limbs. Combining with his robes to give him something close to the appearance of 'gliding' over the ground he walks on.


Frailty

While strictly speaking not a skill or ability it is worth nothing Callim is exceptionally susceptible to pain and has little tolerance for physical confrontation.

Born as an egg-twin to his brother Cassian the two young dragons were birthed, together, from the very same egg. But even before this auspicious birth the two shared a very special circumstance. Even before birth the young Callim's power of Prophecy effected the brother's in ways they barely understand. The potency and all-encompassing power of this unusual power would likely have driven the young Callim made even before his birth but now? Now the true effect and scale of what his Power of Prophecy could entail is yet to be seen......
