Rathu is an aberrant warlock; adept at escape, disguises, and occult magic.

He has close-cut dark brown hair; usually shaven bald. On his broad jaw he sports a thin patchy beard that’s kept closely shaven. Of average height but broad stature; he might sport an impressive build if only he were prone to exercise.

He will usually wear a tunic and trousers when going about day to day life; a blue cloak is another favoured clothing item. When acting as a warlock, he wears a steel breastplate secured over crimson robes.

Disguise self (illusion) - Allows Rathu to entirely change his facial appearance, and even his build to a limited degree within 9kg(20lbs) and 10cm(4'). While completely deceptive to the eye, it is an illusion. This will not pass magical inspection.

Abyssal Fire: Rathu can conjure blasts of fire that are unquenchable through normal means; water does nothing to counter this blast; though holy magics may ward it away.

Conjure Sword: Conjures a sword of any desired shape, formed from fire.

Conjure Whip: Conjures a flaming whip, also formed from fire.

Sly and quick of tongue, he can be downright charming, but it belies his psychopathic nature. He will not hesitate to consider murder as a suitable means of obtaining what he desires; where it be riches, power, or sadistic entertainment. Despite his cruelty, he is a master at blending in among society – and there are more than a few village folks who recall the vicious warlock as ‘A polite and helpful young man’
