Penny Coppersnatch
Appearance
Penny is a small slender girl with sleek features and a head unproportionate to the rest of her body. She has big emerald green eyes and brown freckles under her eyes and across the bridge of her nose. Penny has a slim jawline and curls of copper brown hair that reach to the nape of her neck. Penny is usually seen wearing a green shirt with baggy brown leather trousers and black slippers, she is also known to carry around an orange tattered backpack. Most notably though is the fact she goes NOWHERE without her journals.
Skills and Abilities
Penny was never formally trained in combat nor was she introduced to the concept of magic but nevertheless she carries around an iron dagger by which she defends herself. Other than that she has no way of defending herself other than with her fists. What she lacks in strength Penny makes up for in intelligence and her charismatic demeanor, not to mention her almost unparalleled writing skills.
Personality
Penny is an intelligent and charismatic girl her positivity able to withstand almost any situation. Penny's aspirations are monumental and she is willing to do almost anything necessary to see them realized. Her moral compass is absolute Penny despises and actively works against the forces of evil finding its casual disregard for others appalling and in need of expulsion. Penny having been living on her own for the past two years has grown to be very responsible and aware of her impact on others around her...Just don't get on her bad side...Seriously DONT.

Penny can read, write and communicate in a variety of different dialects and her understanding of languages has even transferred over into her being able to comprehend some arcane symbols and other magical-based linguistics. In a world where a good majority of people don't even know what the alphabet IS this is a pretty big achievement.

Penny knows she isn't a fighter so instead, her strategies focus on outmaneuvering opponents and either losing them in a chase, leading them through traps, or otherwise simply forcing her enemy to come after her.

Penny can be very persuasive and if given the choice will try to talk her way out of a dangerous situation. One of her biggest traits is her agreeableness and her ability to put herself in another's shoes.

Penny feels the compulsive need to write everything down as it's happening whether it can wait or not. This both puts her in danger as well as compromises her reliability around others. And God forbid she ever lose her journal or have it stolen as this will trigger a transformation in a bloodhound-like creature that will relentlessly hunt the Journal until it is reclaimed regardless of what must be done to acquire it. (Just to be 100% I was exaggerating about that transformation thing)

Penny is very observant to her limits but there come times where she completely abandons all sense of caution and simply goes after whatever it is she needs to do mindless of what stands in her path.

Penny while normally a positive warm influence can occasionally succumb to her fanatic tendencies and push away those not accustomed to constant rambling and bloodshot pupils.
