An exiled blacksmith hailing from the dwarven city of Belgrath, Otaen is a man guilty of kin slaying. Having murdered his own brother during an argument, the dwarf fled the city under cover of night. The reason he did such a thing remain a mystery to all but Dauner, who despite his history took him in as a follower. He now holds the title of apostle of gluttony within the sovereign order, sworn to serve Dauner faithfully. Though his position has him lead the department of covert operations, he is also the man in charge of the production of tools and weapons for the order.
