Móirne Evoy is a bounty hunter known as Tempest.

Móirne is tall and athletic, with muscular arms and legs. She has pink-purple hair that ends at her waist. Móirne has sharp features, prominent cheekbones, and an angular jawline. Her dark purple eyes are decorated with thick eyelashes.

Her clothing consists of a skin-tight black bodysuit and baggy blue pants. Metal armor covers her forearms, calves, and feet. Other metal ornaments decorate her head, arms, and torso.

Móirne is tough and speaks her mind, even if it causes confrontation, and she respects those who do the same. She believes that people who join teams are cowards, as they could just be relying on their teammates' strength rather than their own.

Móirne embraces life-threatening situations with a bright grin and is constantly searching for the next big adrenaline kick, smiling in the face of danger. She does not back down, even when she is overpowered by stronger enemies, claiming to only getting warmed up.

Mixed Martial Arts Intuition: Móirne can combine and utilize multiple forms of martial arts at once, allowing her to effectively create a new fighting style unique to her and flawlessly move from one form of martial arts to the other, improvise new attacks, and more.

Móirne is the daughter of a minor noble family located northwest of Alliria. At age 13, she ran away from her obsessively controlling parents and began the work of a bounty hunter. She thrived off the adrenaline of near-death experiences and enjoyed beating up criminals.

Eventually, Móirne met an old martial artist who offered to teach her as payment for a job. She accepted and studied under him for several months, working odd jobs in the area when bounties became scarce.

Afterward, Móirne continued her training. She studied different martial arts in her free time and slowly began to become stronger. Many years later, Móirne incorporated electricity into her fighting style. This became her signature.
