Kael is the embodiment of nobility; charismatic, persuasive, tactical, and dignified. Raised under the stern tutelage of her father, the famed Tharric Westryn, the Iron Wolf, she was taught from childhood in the art of weaponry, strategy, and battle. On the other hand Lady Angela, her mother, taught her the subtler affairs of nobility and navigating court; diplomacy, etiquette, and the serpentine nature of high society. Drawing on both influences, Kael discovered a love for the interplay between both her worlds. Relishing the strength of the masculine sphere and the grace of the feminine. Depending on her mood, she seamlessly shifts between them, embodying both with equal ease.

Her hair is chocolate brown and frames her face in tumbling waves. She has golden brown eyes that are keen and discerning. They can smolder with intensity in battle or glimmer with mirth and warmth in good company. Her face is sculpted in androgynous lines with high cheekbones, a strong jaw, and subtle curved lips. There is an equilibrium to her, a strength showcasing the steel imbued from battle and the grace of her noble background. She is tall and toned from battle and training, though her shoulders are not extremely broad she is often seen wearing furs or armors to compensate. Though she has abs and is muscular, her frame is a balance between lean and bulky, overall that of a refined warrior and beneath her armor she does bear scars from her battles.

-Blessed by Wisdom & Grace: When Kael turned 14, she received the blessings of twin gods. The god of wisdom and goddess of grace, a rarity even among the devoted. This blessing marked her, and she embodies a balance between feminine and masculine, charm and valor. She has heightened perception and reflexes in battle, enough so to be able to spar with her sister. Also, her grace gives her an irresistible aura that draws both allies and enemies into her rhythm. When her blessing stirs, her eyes glow like molten gold. Her charisma goes beyond just beauty, her allies feel steadied when around her. However, in battle this ability to inspire draws on her strength and she has to wield it with restraint. While Evangeline embodies the fury of war, Kael is its heart that leads others to believe victory is possible.


-Battlefield Commander: Her military tutelage gave her all the foundations to be an exceptional tactician. Under her father's cadre, she learned not only the theories of warfare, but their practical applications. First, by executing his commands, and eventually by leading a squadron herself. Through failures and victories, life and death, she came to understand the harsh realities of war.

-Halberd mastery: While Kael has experience battling with a range of weaponry, her favorite is the halberd. Taking advantage of the reach and crowd control against enemies on the battlefield, she is able to strike down her enemies without hesitation. In battle, Kael's movements blend elegance with lethality. Her halberd becomes an extension of her will, moving with both precision and a deadly allure, cutting down enemies as if in a golden waltz of death and destruction. She is also able to use her divine blessing to issue commands through her halberd that her squadron instinctively follows.

-Insomnia: Kael often bears the silent weight of command. She was watched too many of her men fall, never knowing if she would be claimed next. The uncertainty of survival haunts her at times. Away from the battlefield, sleep rarely comes easy and when it does, it brings restless dreams of the faces of the fallen.

She learned discipline young, but had a mischievous side that endeared her parents and siblings. In one moment, she was the perfect second-in-command for her father and another, flirting with beautiful women and the occasional man that caught her eye. Growing up, Kael as the oldest, always had a certain responsibility to care for her younger siblings. Though she got along well with her brothers, she had a special relationship with her sister, Evangeline Westryn. They were opposite halves of the same spark, together but different. She was the strategist and diplomat, always insisting leading with charm rather than authority. Her sister, was much more physical and direct and where Kael planned, Evangeline acted. However, despite their differences, she always admired Evangeline's fearlessness and power, proud of the woman she had become. She loves both diplomacy and warfare, from commanding squads to navigating court. She has a charisma and cleverness that make her uniquely herself, and she is known for her charm and grace with a roguish streak.
