A child plucked from the Badlands, sold off to a noble family residing in Annuakat, Iskra was brought up to attend to the needs of the affluent family. Once her talents came to realisation, she stayed where she was, biding her time to reach for more. She was twelve, having become quite adept at using her magic to manipulate perceptions and slowly began to amass a small fortune for herself. It would be enough after two years to get her own lodgings in Annuakat, and to rely only on herself from then on.
It was never recorded or known when Iskra came to operate as an Imperial Hand, working oftentimes outside of the Amol-Kalit to listen in and investigate any threats that means to go against the Empire. Due to operating outside of the lands of her employer, Iskra is granted to go about her mission by any means necessary, whilst trying to evade capture.
Her magicks are suited for manipulations, and often aid her in her line of espionage work. Hallucinations, hypnosis, and illusions are what she wields, but also been trained for close quarter combat.
