Ipatiy Kozlov
"To an extent a maid or butler is just a very refined and proper mercenary for rich wigs and others looking to be in the company of sophisticated people. My question is why not embrace it both sides? After all this business is all about making money, you just must keep your 'other' activities' away from public eye".
Appearance
Ipatiy is of typical human height and physic for someone of her age, though being a bit more on the tall/toned side of due to her work, both overt and covert. Her face bears silky smooth skin with a fair complexion, this due to her her main activities taking place during the night. Such appearance being aided by her violet eyes and silverish hair that makes her stand out easily among a crowed, or help prop her current master up with her shear amazing beauty.
Skills and Abilities
Physical Skills:
Though often more inclined to put her skills with a blade and other related traits to use Ipatiy is still at her core a loyal maid. Be it cooking, cleaning, mending and other similar household tasks she is quite the expert.
As her work doubles as being a bodyguard for her employer Ipatiy is experience in hand to hand combat. This along with her extensive use of short blades, be it daggers, short swords and even smaller variants of spears.
Often stealth is your best ally when trying to steal stuff, as such Ipatiy is skilled in hiding and staying silent, having picked up a few minor magic spells to help muffle noise and cloud her image. In addition picking is mixed in with that, a skill she had learnt mainly for her normal job but is now useful in the thieving business.
Magic (Diciplin of Economancy):
They say diamonds are a girls best friend and being able to directly use valuable items and money to cast spells puts that really into practice. Having merchant parents, being deep into trade and an overall lover of coin it would probably be no surprise to anyone she adopted this controversial form of magic.

Personality
Calm and collected would be the main take away from Ipatiy, someone who does as their master commands respectfully and quietly. Such an idea would be very promptly shattering upon getting closer to her as Ipatiy can be quite the blunt and crude women. She isn't one to hold her tongue, even if it was to affect her directly, often doing it on purpose to cause a scene and have some personal fun. This also translates over to simple tasks which she will do quickly and with ease if but begrudgingly.
That is unless properly motivated, which can be done by either offering decent pay or by making it fun in some manner, often at the expense of someone else.
