Hebemarri, High priestess of Maelzafan
A Dragon from the depths who became an apostle of the Drow Goddess Maelafan. She now helps to lead the Drow by the will of their dark mother.
Appearance
Hebemarri (pronounced Heh-beh-mah-ree) is a lithe purple dragon with a build best described as a mixture of cat and serpent. Her scales are a dark subdued purple that appear black in low light. when touched front to back the texture is smooth and silklike, while back to front is like pulling one's hand over broken glass. Hebemarri, like many dragons, has a pair of membranous wings that can be extended to a terrifying wingspan, or tucked against her side like a kind of bird. she is kept clean by slaves and attendants and often smells of fresh wildflowers. her claws are sharp and glassy, her eyes are piercing silver, her teath are numberous and fearsome, and her long serpent-like tongue flicks from time to time. at any given time she is adorned by silks and jewelry. This adornment ranges from the hardly noticable to the extravagant depending on the occassion.

Skills and Abilities
Purple dragon: a fearsome body that many would call the apex of mortal potential. Hebemarri can fly, swim, climb, burrow, slash with claws, bite with teeth, and breath a corosive mist that melts all but precious metals and gems.
Light sensitivity: a native to the Underrealm, she can see in the dark and is easily blinded by bright lights.
Lythomancer: as a dragon of the depths, Hebemarri is capable of shaping the stone around her. This can do many things. Although, most impressively, this magic gives Hebemarri the ability to pass through solid rock and un-processed metal as if it wasnt even there. It also helps her mitigate the impact of her 3 ton body weight (she's a dragon its normal to weigh that much)
Dark Magic: Gifted by her devotion to Maelzafan, Hebemarri is skilled in the arts of Dark Magic. This unnatural spellcasting gives the purple dragon abilities that range from the mundane and convienent to the cruel and unusual. her preferences are focused spells that can come across as shadowing and psyionic in nature.
Shapechange: Hebemarri can change shape at will into a humanoid form. Ususally this would be quite convienient, but for whatever reason this form is always a goblin. As such, Hebemarri rarely wishes to use this ability and will often assert that she cannot change shape to begin with.
when used though she becomes an older female goblin standing 4'1" and weighing 63lb. She is dressed comfortably with green skin, silver eyes and stark white hair. She is also always holding a laquered wooden staff for some reason.

Personality
Hebemarri is a very prideful individual. Instilled with the natural pride of a full grown dragon and the cultural pride of a drow High priestess, Hebemarri sees herself as very high on any pecking order and is keen to share this opinion whereever possible. Prim and proper but also rutheless and cunning, her size often seems even greater than it is while her movements seem remarkably weightless at the same time.
How she acts though is not too dissimilar from any other high ranking drow noblewoman, though with a far more booming voice and a far greater appetite. Her faith though is the core of her person. For how much Hebemarri can be duplicitous in many aspects of life, her devotion to Maelzafan is as true as it gets. Praising the dark mother and speaking her "good" teachings comes as effortlessly to Hebemarri as breathing. In fact, in political spheres she is a large proponent of restoring the drow conquests that have slowed down over many years.
