Summary

Gabby is a brilliant engineer, a quick thinker and adept mage. Though nontraditional in a typical sense, she utilizes a self designed and constructed gauntlet as a magical focus, both storing and utilizing the necessary energy to create and power her creations. Her desire for exploration and the discovery of wonders drives her to the vast reaches of the world.

Appearance

At 175cm and 65kg Gabby is a relatively average sized human. Her flowing auburn hair and hazel eyes contrast one another to give her a rather distinct look from the norm. Her clothing suggests a status of at least relative wealth. The left arm sports a fitted, lightweight metal gauntlet with an embedded sapphire stone that extends from hand to elbow. It is through this device that she is able to channel and store magical energy.

Biography & Lore

Born in Elbion, Gabby is the third and youngest born daughter of Marcus and Delilah Selana, both of which are well respected, wealthy engineers within the city. Gabby is likelyise highly educated, and thus a well spoken woman. While her siblings chose other paths in life, she had an affinity for the family art, while also having been graced with the ability to wield magic. Throughout her childhood and teenage years she was tutored privately to control and utilize her innate talents. As she became older Gabby began to meld the two talents into one, utilizing her magic knowledge to further develop her creations. It was then that she developed the first of many iterations of her signature gauntlet. Now driven by her desire to see and explore the world at large, she has ventured out into the unknown, to uncover the secrets long since forgotten.
