Fiadh, as she is colloquially known, is one of the duanann who originally formed pacts with what would become the first of the Erainn. Having grown bored with playing god to the remote island culture, however, she has recently crossed into the mainland to seek her future in one of the major Courts.

Fiadh is a breath of summer. With hair like fire and rich golden brown skin, she stands out even among the beautiful, colorful throngs of duanann.

Her hair is long, as has been the ruling fashion for millennia. She often wears the lush curls down or only partially pulled up around her face. It is her pride and joy, and a point of vanity perhaps greater than even her beautiful visage. And a beautiful creature she is, but such is common among fae. Warm and freckled with long, heavy brows, she may be considered unremarkable among her kind. More captivating are her eyes. Smug and bright with intelligence, they are the color of honey and amber.

Though standing quite tall by most mortal standards, Fiadh is short for a duanann. She is lithe and fluid, as is to be expected of fae. Her movement is characterized by confidence, every gesture seeming thought out and deliberate in its ease and grace. Fiadh carries herself in an air of pride with her chin high and aloof.

Like all duanann, Fiadh was born with a natural affinity toward a particular essence of the world. While others weave love, song, or even the flow of streams, Fiadh keeps sunlight. Her affinity is a neutral force she has the ability to temporarily bend to her will. The reach and strength of these abilities hinges on the wealth of magick she is inclined to channel to that effect. Naturally, the greater the effect she wishes to create, the more expensive it becomes.

Fiadh is the embodiment of sunlight and, naturally, a solar fae. Her magick peaks at the summer solstice, but is also stronger at midday.

Conceived by the spring equinox and born at the summer solstice, it was no small coincidence that Fiadh was a gift of fire and light -- quite literally. As such, she is immune to the burn of flames or heat. Her additional gift of light, rare among duanann, grants her a particularly strong glamour. While she cannot fully hide in glamour from most fae, hers are strong enough to bend light and partially veil her from lesser and demifae.

Fiadh favors the shape of a small gold hummingbird. As duanann, this secondary shape is unique to her in particular but as familiar as the humanoid body she was born into.

Archery. Fiadh is an excellent marksman. While she is also trained in the sword and spear, she is much better suited to ranged weaponry.

Pacts & Deals. As an older Duanann, Fiadh is well versed in the game between patron and beneficiary. She adores the dance of power and delights in both victory and surprise upset.

Ley Magick. She possesses the standard gift of magick among fae, but wields it at the strength of an older duanann. Her natural reservoir of magick is deep and she has spent many, many years building her abilities to channel the power of the leys. She is well versed in most veins of magick and well read on those she is not as strong with. In particular, she excels in glamours and raw strength. She is less adept in wards and intricate spellwork, favoring brute force over finer artistry.

Warlock: Liath. In a twist of fate, Fiadh had the good luck of entering into a warlock pact with a young man descended from her Erainn lineage. She fulfilled his wishes to unite his people, and earned herself a very skilled and useful warlock.
