Faurosk Drewry
Appearance
Faurosk is a fairly agreeable looking human man. Walking with the undue confidence of someone who has (narrowly) survived scraps all across Arethil, his journeys have rendered him from a former academic to a bona-fide adventurer. He's typically found wearing modest clothes appropriate to the culture and climate wherever he finds himself, relying on long sleeves and gloves to hide the spell formulae tattooed down his arms. The mage also keeps a set of traditional robes for occasions where an arcane mystique is required, though the exact fashion of them fell out of fashion a couple decades prior to his birth. The light colors and worn fabrics hold a sentimentality that prevents him from abandoning the roughed-up attire in favor of something more dashing.
Skills and Abilities
Faurosk had studied the Arcane for several years prior to taking the winding road of a traveler. He set out with knowledge of many disciplines, but has come to rely primarily on his talents for transmutation. This has not stopped him from picking up a few new tricks along the way, but those are rarely fit for anything more than a parlor room.
Beyond the arcane, he also shows a command of various creative arts. Whether through the sketches kept in his journals or the spells scribed across his very skin, he exhibits a command for shape and tone enhanced his preference for more limiting mediums.

Personality
Growing up in a poverty-stricken area of the Allirian outer city, Faurosk had a sense of optimism and compassion instilled in him from a young age by both of his loving parents. The man has a slight streak of cowardice, though, that has proven quite difficult to kick. His fears include- but are not limited to -dark magic, undead, losing his mind, pretty women, spiders, and any mythical beast that could kill him with a thought.
