Ely'Esha
Eshara: Female
Odd Yan'Katma twins from some backwater near Dornoch. The pair were consumed with wanderlust and drawn to seeking knowledge. After making use of the Steppes teleport stone they blundered upon Elbion and decided to settle there, at least for now. Magic suits them, and there's much to learn in the city of magic and merchants.
Appearance
Like all Yan'Katma, Ely'Esha are identical twins, varying in appearance only due to the rare quirk of being born opposite sexes. Elyon is ever so slightly taller than Eshara and keeps his hair tousled and shorter; Eshara keeps her hair much longer, down past her shoulders.
Both have soft features; long, pointed ears; dark gray, ridged horns; and lithe builds.

Skills and Abilities
- Novice Mages: Despite being mere hedge mages before arriving in Elbion, Ely'Esha have displayed remarkable aptitude for spellcraft, especially ritual casting. Curiously enough, the languages of Yan'Katma work exceptionally well for reciting incantations.
- Keen Strategists: Ely'Esha are good at coming up with plans on the fly. They quite enjoy playing strategy based games as a result.
- Musically Minded: Both twins enjoy music very much, often expressing desire to listen to bards perform at taverns, and dancing at such performances. In one of the few curious differences between the twins, Elyon has a knack for piano and lute, but can't sing, while Eshara is a talented singer, but can't figure out instruments at all.
Personality
Relentlessly curious, Ely'Esha have a habit of getting themselves into trouble. Though by Yan'Katma standards they are tremendously outgoing and sociable, they still have that signature Yan'Katma alien quality about them that tends to be off-putting for most other species.

"Ely'Esha" is their Yan'Karana name, used to refer to them as a collective pair. They adopted the names "Elyon" and "Eshara" when they left their home town and began to explore the world. They've since also grown a fondness for diminutives, and enjoy being called "Ell" and "Esh" by those that actually manage to befriend them.
The duo were accepted into Elbion College partially for their inherent novelty (Yan'Katma are rare, ones expressing interest in college magic even more so), and partially on merit (that they've been able to figure out basic spells before studying at the college solely by going over bootleg manuscripts they've stumbled across via traveling merchants is nothing short of miraculous).
