The Queen of the city of Aellevanda. Known for her cold, yet dignified demeanor that guides the city that supports the king in the background. While officially holding no special titles, except for Queen, she is known as one of the most skilled elven illusionists in the eastern continent.

A true example of the regal beauty of the elves. Her near flawless appearance has been compared to that of a peacefully still lake. Her beauty has been spoken of with reverence since her early years and the passage of time seems unable of changing her appearance.

One of the most skilled illusionists on the eastern continent in her younger years, it has only been assumed that her skills have improved. However, far more important in her current role, Elmina has proven a skilled diplomat and socialite.

Elmina embodies the very image of the "lake elves" with an incredibly stoic and cold demeanor. Even the elves of Aellevanda complain of their inability to read their Queen who rarely ever shows her people her emotions. The one area where Elmina is comfortable showing her true self is when behind closed doors and in the presence of her family.
