Declan had long red hair that he usually keeps loose. He has golden brown eyes that will change depending on the light. He has a scar above and below his left eye from that one time he got drunk and messed with the wrong Fae.
He is tall and muscular. Both of his biceps are covered in spiral tattoos that are comprised of tiny Fae writing that he has accumulated from years of granting wishes.

Declan has lived a life that others might find boring. He enjoys reading, meditating, drinking tea, and granting wishes. He has traveled the world and experienced the many cultures it has to offer. He recently settled himself into the Dawn Court to enjoy some quality time with his books. He joined the Dawn Court because while he enjoys the quiet, he also enjoys mischief.
