The Phobis Stone
A nightmarish artifact if ever there was one, this amulet passively imbues the surrounding area with a sense of dread and fear. When activated, it unleashes a horrific spell of bloodcurdling screams and wails of agony into the minds of those in close proximity.
Description
- This medallion is crafted from the petrified heart of a banshee and surrounded by metal imbued with dark magic. It gives off a passive aura of dread and fear to anyone who dares come near, and when activated with the command "exu phobir" it unleashes a spell of horrible terror upon those within a 15m radius.
- The spell forces those nearby to hear the bloodcurdling screams and agonizing wails of those they hold dearest and closest and saturates them with nightmarish fear for 2 posts.
- The wearer of the amulet is immune to its effects, but upon activating the amulet's spell the wearer is rendered completely deaf for an entire day and experiences horrific migraines as well as nightmares of their loved ones suffering and screaming.
History
The Phobis Stone is a dastardly object that was locked away in Elbion College for hundreds of years to protect the world from its potent effects. Following the sundering of Elbion by Drakormir, the stone went missing and no one knows where it went... until now.
