Personal guard to Prince Lynus Anireth of Vel'Anir.

Tall and roguishly handsome, of course. He has a head of dirty-blonde waves and hazel green eyes, and is generally seen in his guard uniform and armour unless off-duty and frequenting taverns and such places in Vel'Anir. Arryn is known for being both the Prince's personal guard and best friend, and so he keeps a low profile when venturing from the keep.
He has sustained many injuries over his time in training and in fighting for the royal family, and so has some distinguishing scars, one on his lip, his neck and another on his cheekbone as well as others scribbled about his arms, back and torso.

Arryn also bears the the brand in the shape of a cross on the inside of his left arm. Thus the surname, Cross.

Whether or not Arryn has inherited any magical abilities from his parents is unknown but has been suspected given the rate in which he heals from superficial and treated wounds, though he has never shown any ability. He is a skilled swordsman and archer and has been known to throw himself into fighting pits to fight in unarmed combat.

Arryn is particularly gifted in thievery and though this is no longer how he makes his living, the skill was honed from a young age living on the streets and can still at times be useful. He is also an avid gambler and generally finds himself better off after a night of dice, though this can be just as much a weakness as a skill. Accuse him of cheating and he'll deny it...

Cheeky, charming and loyal to a fault. He owes his life to Lynus and the royal family, and would gladly give it if duty called for him to do so. Arryn was gifted a good life when he hadn't been destined to have one, he was saved from slavery and from the streets and so will spend his life repaying those debts in whichever way he possibly can.
