The shop is at first glance, nothing special. When passing it from the outside, it is a small shack wedged between two buildings to slowly rot and collect dust like any old abandoned place. But above the old door is a hand painted sign that reads in simple white lettering 'Skeleton Key Curio'. Its windows are lined with curious knickknacks and potentially useful things.

But upon entering it, the shop is quite larger than you first thought, and far, far more interesting. Its lined wall to wall with all sorts of things, some seemingly normal items, some grand and very, very expensive looking, as if plucked from the hoard of a dragon. Its a treasure trove of items, and every single one of them is up for grabs... for a price, of course. And you must talk to the owner to even begin to consider buying such an item, for Olaf the Odd, a powerful lich with a fondness for trickery and neat words, does not tolerate thieves.

The Skeleton Shop Curio began appearing in cities and towns a few hundred years ago, seemingly, and likely, by magic, enticing many a person to enter and buy one of the curious things within. No one is quite sure how the shop manages to move from place to place, but it is likely that the magic that is behind it is beyond their comprehension. For now.
