Olaf the Odd
Appearance
Olaf the Odd conducting business is quite an unusual sight; an tall, walking, talking skeleton enshrouded in a thickly rich, scarlet, purple, and gold cloak, adorned with gems and jewelry that rival the riches of a king, is not the kind of shopkeeper you expect to find. The old lich is an exceptionally elegant and graceful figure for a shambling undead creature, placing exquisite gemstones in his empty eye sockets and often exchanging the many fancy robes and trinkets he wears to keep things from getting 'boring'. His voice is sharp and clear despite his state of decay, and he uses it skillfully to bargain and talk his way into almost any purchase. Just be sure to 'read the fine print'.
Skills and Abilities
A potent swindler and craftsman as well as wizard, Olaf the Odd was a strong person in life and has only increased in power since he turned himself into a lich to continue his mania for the eccentricities of the unique and odd magic items he sells in his shop, 'Skeleton Key Curio'. He specializes in creating these items, using extreme magic and materials bought and found with scrutiny. However, Olaf himself is not a very physically strong person, having focused all his attention into keeping the bare minimum of a physical form while he practices his magic, so he prefers to keep a certain amount of distance between himself and a potential foe while out adventuring, which he does rarely.
As a lich, he uses life force to keep himself alive and charge his phylactery, which houses his life force. Therefore, any problem customers are given one chance to behave, or lose their souls.

Personality
Olaf the Odd is a sly, sarcastic creature who enjoys bantering with customers and enjoys their coin even more. Getting both at once? Even better. He demands respect, but enjoys a healthy dose of hilarity, having been bored far too long when he was alive. As long as you aren't rude, buy something, and keep your weapons and thieving hands to yourself, he won't suck out your life force and dump your husk into the nearest river.
