Alccarion is the dragon responsible for "saving" Ash's and the other elves of his circle's souls from drifting off to the afterlife. As a result, she dictates much of their circle's doing and Ash is bound to her will. She is the real master, while he is just her pawn. However, the two remain on friendly and close terms regardless of what happened over a thousand years ago when the dragon was a bit younger. But she doesn't really tell him what to do unless it is necessary.

Alccarion is a huge giant and monstrous female ancient dragon. She towers over the tallest building and can level a city just by barrel rolling it in flight. Her wings cause the glass to shatter and shingles to fall, here breath obliterates anything it touches.

Fire breath/lightning - Alccarion produces a unique mixture of fire and lightning breath.

Alccarion is a calm and older dragon, her children have either grown up or are gone. As much as she has seen she is yet humble in knowing that there is so much more to be learned and taught in the world. Her last remaining "child" that stays by her side is Ashieron. As such she will protect him and his organization with tooth, claw, and magic.
